QUESTIONS ASKED OF ME:
Is there a legacy you would like to leave behind?
Many of my family members have left huge Christian legacy for me and my generation, and that inspired me to leave my own lasting legacy. I really want to leave my mark on the world, even if that is the world that is around me. Not for my own glory or name, but so that Jesus Christ will be glorified.
Do you have a favorite activity?
I love to travel around my city or country and find places I have never been before. Especially outdoors, because when I’m in the presence of God’s creation it makes me feel more alive than anything else.
Is there someone living or dead who inspires you?
Yes, and she has made appearances on my blog so many times. Even thought she passed away 19 years ago, my Ammama (grandma) continues to be with me and inspire me to become the best version of myself. The legacy that she left behind will always continue to inspire me to do the Lord’s work.
Have you made Jesus the Lord of your life? If so, how did it happen?
Yes, and this blog is a testament to that. I am a preacher’s daughter but only gave my life to Christ at the age of 13 and have never turned back since.
If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?
I would love to meet more of the people from my dad’s side of the family. They were the first Christians of their families, converting from Hinduism and were part of India’s biggest missionary movement and I would love to hear their stories from their own perspectives.
If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
More and more countries are turning towards economic growth as their main goal and neglecting compassion and love. I don’t think it’s worth being a wealthy country or being at the top of the world, if we are not loving the people right next to us, and using our power to change real world problems. If I could change one thing about the world, that is what it would be.
What is one important lesson you have learned in life?
Jesus will never leave you or forsake you. He will always chase you and help you be the best version of yourself, even when you are not and don’t want to be.
QUESTIONS FOR MY NOMINEES:
- What is one experience you will never forget?
- Who did you look up to growing up?
